Camera 1 is located on the front door facing the front entry, and camera 2 is located on the front of the home facing the driveway. The cameras record video and audio when motion is detected - Guests use the pool at their own risk and agree to indemnify the owner from all related liabilities. Additionally, all toys and equipment must be removed from the pool before departure; a $200 fee will be charged if a service call-out is required to retrieve items from the pool floor. - The property operates on a septic system. Kitchen scraps/food must not go down the sink, the disposal should not be used for grinding food, and only toilet paper may be flushed.
