Welcome to Le Havre du Py – Elegance and serenity in Aveyron In the middle of the fields, in absolute calm, Le Havre du Py is a unique country house where the authenticity of ancient stones is combined with a contemporary renovation, designed for comfort and well-being. This 230 m² residence, bathed in light, accommodates up to 8 people, in a natural setting of 2000 m2. The house consists of 4 bedrooms: • On the ground floor, a large master suite of 24 m2 with a 180 cm bed, private bathroom (bathtub, walk-in shower, toilet). • Upstairs: • A bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a private bathtub. • A bedroom with two 90 cm single beds. • A large bedroom with a 160 cm bed. These three bedrooms share a third bathroom and toilet. Outside, an additional shower room is accessible from the pool for added comfort. The heart of the house revolves around an open equipped kitchen, a bright dining room and a warm living room with library, board games and piano. The renovation highlights volumes, light and natural materials. A space is specially dedicated to teleworking: independent office of 12 m², with 3 workstations, high-speed fiber optics, and professional photocopier.
