The Tiny Cottage by the Lake - Pet Friendly

This also comes under Extenuating Circumstances. I can promise you that in the circumstance that you are unable to travel due to petrol shortages or Airport closures, I will override any cancellation policy and will organise a refund for you. There would be only two considerations for you: 1) When a guest is entitled to a refund, we reserve the right to pass on any credit card transaction fees to the primary booking guest, relating to their reservation. 2) We would just require any kind of documentation of proof, to confirm your cancellation request falls within the 'Extenuating Circumstances'. *Best suited to 4 guests but can sleep 6 *If your lifestyle revolves around water activity you are simply going to be in your element. * Water sports and fishing literally at your doorstep. Just relax and watch the boats go by. *Set in rural surrounding with shimmering Lake views. *You can also cycle around this property. *Owners, Tierney & Peter, may be staying in the main homestead sometimes. The owners will never disturb you, but will be there if you need assistance. *We request that pets be kept close to the cottage and/or shore itself, and away from the owners' house nearby, so as not to disturb their privacy and their own dogs. !! *On occasion, campers may also be staying on the large property (approx 200 metres away), especially over long weekends. Campers may also be bringing pets. *Please keep in mind that native fauna should be treated with a healthy respect. It is best to keep a distance from kangaroos, but if you come across them while you are out and about, just let them pass you by. *Please mind your dogs around the native fauna. Guest access Guests will have a access to the entire cottage, fire pit, pathways, picnic table, Lake. There is a pond/dam near the main homestead. It is unfenced and deep. Please supervise children at all times. !! We request that pets be kept close to the cottage and/or shore itself, well away from the owners' house nearby, so as not to disturb their privacy and their own dogs. Other things to note *IMPORTANT* Do not allow your pet to go close to the main homestead. There are 2 dogs living there and they do not like other animals. *The lawn close to the Main Homestead house is irrigated so no one is allowed to drive across it. *There is a $50 AUD pet fee for up to 2 pets. 2 pets is the limit to the number of pets we accept for bookings, as the cottage is too small for our comfort in allowing more. *There is an outdoor shower. Please use this to wash muddy feet before entering the cottage. * As part of the property’s rustic and eco-conscious experience, the bathroom uses a traditional long drop toilet system. Guests are asked to add a scoop of sawdust after number 2 to help maintain cleanliness and natural odor control. Also keep the lid closed. Everything needed is provided, and instructions are clearly posted. *The local Rushworth cycling trail has been reopened to the public. *There is a small unlocked shed around the side of the cottage. It contains the dog mat & doggies bowls, ironing board, washing basket, pegs and spare gas bottle for the BBQ. *Be advised that we recommend not leaving lights on all night as this attracts flying insects. *Please be aware that Requests for Additional Services will come with Additional Fees
