Community pool and playground access available seasonally. Parking Parking: The long double driveway accommodates up to four vehicles total, including cars, trucks, or boats. Boat trailers and all vehicles must fit fully on the driveway—no street parking available. Outdoor Amenities Enjoy beautiful canal views with full lake views just a short walk away. The backyard features: -Fire pit (firewood not included) -Kayaks -Outdoor children’s playhouse -Hot tub -Spacious yard with lawn games -Grill -One open-air deck, one patio, and one screened-in deck -Ample outdoor seating and dining areas -A yard that is 90% fenced, with an opening leading down to the water Additionally, the shed garage is climate-controlled (AC and space heater) and serves as a game room featuring: -Foosball -Air hockey -Yard games (e.g., cornhole, croquet, bocce ball, ladder toss — game selection may vary) Indoor Living The open-concept main living area includes a fully stocked kitchen, dining space, and a cozy living room with a large sectional sofa and TV. An adjacent enclosed porch with a space heater/AC unit offers additional dining space or a perfect spot for game night. Total table seating is for 10. We provide card and board games, throw blankets, and other comforts to make your stay relaxing and fun. Kitchen is fully stocked including a complimentary coffee bar! Bedrooms (3 total) Primary Bedroom: Queen bed, large closet with dresser and hanging space, plus a travel pack-n-play (sheets included) Second Bedroom: Queen bed, closet with dresser Bunk Room: Three bunk beds with under-bed storage, loveseat, and a converted playroom inside the closet featuring a loft, train table, books, and toys. Includes a dresser. Bathrooms (2 total) Bunk Room Bathroom: Double vanity, combo bathtub/shower Hallway Bathroom: Single vanity, glass-enclosed shower Laundry Washer, dryer, and laundry supplies (including detergent, iron, and ironing board) are available for guest use. Liability waiver is required to confirm bookings. Add on day access on check in/check out is an optional add-on pending availability. We do not offer refunds for low water levels or county burn bans limiting fire pit use. Off season for the lake is Oct-April and water levels are unpredictable. Guest access Primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Government-issued ID may be required. Guests can access 100% of the space. Please keep in mind our friendly neighbors are close and full time residents so please observe quiet hours from 10 PM - 8 AM for outdoor activities and loud indoor activities. Access to hot tub and kayaks is included. The indoor fireplace is non-functional and not for guest use. Community pool and playground access available seasonally. Neighborhood pool is now closed for 2025 season. Other things to note Enchanted Oaks is a small, close-knit community that generously welcomes short-term rentals. Within 15 minutes of local dining, grocery stores, Pinnacle Golf Course and Purtis Creek State Park. 35 minutes from Canton First Monday Trade Days. Please be respectful by parking only in the driveway—no street parking or parking along neighbors' property lines. Watch out for slow speed limits and children/golf carts/bikers using the neighborhood streets. Also, be mindful of noise levels, as many of our friendly neighbors are full-time residents who cherish the peaceful lake atmosphere. They will report if you are disruptive to the neighborhood. This home utilizes a Minut Noise Monitor after 10 PM to ensure there are no noise disturbances to neighbors after quiet hours.
