Fully remodeled ground floor condo within the deluxe, gated community of Residencias Villa del Sol. The condo Sleeps 2 in the Master Bedroom King Bed. In the corner ”sleeping nook” off the large living room there is a Full Queen Bed and, above it, a Double Bed. A large Plunge pool is 3 meters from the front patio. It is just a 3-4 minutes level walk to La Ropa Beach, through the up-scale Hotel Thompson Zihuatanejo (previously Villa del Sol Hotel), SAT TV, free wifi, full kitchen, 2 A/C units. The space There is a built in queen and double bed bunk in the living room nook. The condo can comfortably sleep 6. The first 3 adults (or 2 kids under 16 and 2 adults) are included, but additional people incur a daily fee of $50 USD each with the administration. We are one of the 2 closest condos to Playa la Ropa Beach, with a level walk of 3-4 min. through the exclusive Thompson hotel and concession beach. The rental includes beach furniture set up with umbrella for 2 (extras available for $2.50), bottled water and daily housekeeping. There is a garden dining room surrounded by glass and vegetation, a full sized refrigerator and kitchen, private ground floor patio and garden. Guest access Guests have full access to the Playa La Ropa, including the enjoyment of the Hotel Thompson Zihuatanejo Concession Beach, using beach furniture provided to you by the Condominium and delivered to the beach at your request via our easement access through the property of the Villa del Sol Hotel. Simply call the Residencias Villa Del Sol Administration Office and request them to install your beach furniture for you. Don't forget to call them again, when you want to have the furniture picked up at the end of your day at the beach. Payment for this service is included in your rental (tips are always appreciated, of course). You also may enjoy meals and drinks in the Hotel Thompson Zihuatanejo restaurants and bars. The Residencias Villa del Sol Condominium Private property includes, not only the plunge pool that is 3 meters from the front patio of your Condo, but also a very large semi-Olympic lap pool only 2 minutes walk further. A large children's pool is located next to the semi-Olympic lap pool. Other things to note We would prefer a minimum stay of at least 3 (THREE) nights. Discounts are available for stays of 7 nights, or more. Special rates for extended periods can be considered, pending availability. You may smoke only outside the condo on the patio or on the surrounding open areas. Smoking is absolutely not permitted within the condo at any time.
