It has individuality locked full-furnished bedrooms with shared kitchens, bathrooms, toilets and a laundry. During your stay I am regularly at the house if assistance is required. I also ensure everything is neat, tidy and working, but I will not disturb your peace. Other things to note I am an Architect with a small family with two kids. Born and bred in Brisbane I love the location and lifestyle. I treat the tenants like an extended family but ensure you get your privacy. Some room mates just won't go as the house is quiet, inexpensive, and of course walking distance to town - which is where many of the room mates study and or work. Some have even come home several times. Some roommates have teamed up and found themselves a share house, others are happy to be quiet and keep to themselves. So it is rarely noise at Chi11.
