Cottage in Hartland

Entire cottage in the heart of Lake Country. Merryhill Cottage is nestled on two acres with mature trees. Included on the two acres- the host's farmhouse, a guest house and barn. The feeling of a country setting but with easy access to Hwys 16, 83 and I 94. Close to shopping, restaurants, parks, hiking, cross country skiing and snowshoeing, lakes, and beaches (10 min. to Delafield and Oconomowoc and 15 min. to Pewaukee.) Perfect for day trips to Madison (54 min.) and Milwaukee (30 min.). The space Studio w/ bedroom, sitting, and desk area, bathroom and kitchen. Guest access Guests will have access to the cottage. There is a pool area that is private and not part of the cottage air bnb rental. Other things to note *There is a patio off the side of the cottage with a small table and chairs, a fire pit with two chairs and a wicker chair. This is a beautiful sitting area. Deer and wild turkey like to roam in the area. The patio features a small fire pit. Guests need to bring their own kindling and wood. *The reason we have a no pet policy is because several family members are allergic to most pets, and we clean and maintain the cottage as well as share the space when it is not rented. *We do not offer use of the wood burning stove that is listed in the picture. There is in floor raidant heat. Long term stays of 10-28 days: *New linens, bathroom and kitchen towels will be provided every 10 days *2 sets of bathroom and kitchen towels provided *Will be provided with start up supply of toilet paper, shampoo, body soap, hand soap, dish soap and napkins. Guest will provide more if needed. *Cottage will be cleaned at the 2 week period *Cleaning supplies are provided if guest wants to touch up between cleanings
