House overlooking the Asinara archipelago

The house is also in an excellent location, as it is possible to get to the beach or reach all the best destinations, given its position on the coast between Castelsardo and Stintino. The space The property consists of a large garden overlooking the sea with an outdoor dining table and a BBQ in the process of being completed, with an additional orchard behind the house. The house is accessed by a staircase that takes you to a huge balcony, furnished with a large designer table, lounge area, deckchairs, hammock and with the beautiful sea view of the Asinara archipelago from which you can admire a unique sunset. At the entrance to the house, you will find a large open-plan living room with a corner sofa bed, television, dining table, and kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, including a dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, and toaster. The house has 2 bedrooms, newly renovated with a ceiling fan. The small bathroom with shower and washing machine needs to be restyled but is fully functional. The garden offers several spaces surrounded by greenery to relax, eat or play. For children there is a small house, games and football. The house is also in an optimal location as it is halfway between all the famous destinations and the beautiful beaches between Stintino and Castelsardo.
