the room is equipped with a private bathroom , In a new 4-room apartment on the ground floor, quiet city, secure, residential and chic, garden furniture and terrace, BBQs, The apartment is surrounded by its private garden, 10min from Paris CDG airport, asterix amusement park, Chantilly castle, 30- 40 min from Paris , by car or by transport ( RER D or RER B ) Note: The 3rd bedroom of the 4-room apartment is still occupied by the owner (myself) The space The listing: - for rent on this listing , you book a private room, - Bedroom 1 , with terrace on the garden , dirty water and shared toilet OR - Bedroom 2 , with private bathroom/ WC, and garden view NB: I always give the room with private bathroom as long as it is available , at the same rate at no extra charge, NB:it's a 4 room apartment, so there's still a room occupied by the owner ( myself) option to book 2 bedrooms
