The space Our cozy attic apartment in Aoiz, with mountain views Our apartment is located in the attic of our house, with independent access via a wooden staircase. It features one bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, a bathroom with shower, and an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area with beautiful mountain views. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, microwave oven, and ceramic hob. The round dining table seats three, and the living area includes a comfortable sofa and Smart TV. If you need to work, there's also a desk and ergonomic chair overlooking the mountains, with high-speed Wi-Fi. The apartment has heating, a pellet stove, and air conditioning for year-round comfort. Outside, you’ll enjoy a private terrace with mountain views, equipped with a table, chairs, and parasol. You can park right outside the house or use the private parking space directly across from the property. Guest access Access to the property is shared, but the apartment has its own private entrance through a standard exterior door, with its own key and security lock. Other things to note Access to the apartment is via stairs — there is no elevator.
