Our apartment house in Velika Plaza in Ulcinj is simply something special. It is located just 1.2 km from the beautiful beaches that are unique in Montenegro and throughout Europe. The proximity to these stunning beaches allows our guests to fully enjoy the natural beauty of the coast. However, what really distinguishes our apartment building is the quiet and green environment in which it is located. The space The apartment has 2 bedrooms, which are equipped with a cozy double bed. A spacious wardrobe offers you plenty of storage space for your luggage. If required, an additional bed can be placed in the apartment. A small kitchen with dining table is also available. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The apartment also has air conditioning. Free Wi-Fi is also available throughout the property. Parking is available in front of the house free of charge. Guest access Swimming pool available to all guests. The residential complex also has two shared kitchens, which can be used at any time. A shared kitchen is located outside on the lower level. The other is on the 4th floor. On the fourth and fifth floors there is a washing machine, which can be used by all guests. You will need your own detergent for this. Other things to note If you have a dog as a pet, it must not be left alone in the apartment without supervision.
