This magnificent villa is directly adjacent to Alfred Nobel's old headquarters for the Dynamite Factory in Gyttorp. The villa was used as a guest villa to entertain and impress guests, who visited the headquarters in the mid-1900s. With its large living areas, the villa is perfect for larger groups. 15 beds available in eight bedrooms. Kitchen and bathroom are of a simpler standard, but with its lakeside location and historical charm, Nobelvillan is something out of the ordinary. The space The house is almost 100 years old where time set its mark. Kitchen and bathroom are in older condition and of a simpler standard. All bedrooms have double beds that can be pulled apart. 6 of the rooms have their own shower and toilet, one with its own shower but no toilet, and a single room with only a sink. Separate guest WC is on both floors. Next to the villa, there are modern apartments to rent separately with the possibility for up to a total of 33 overnight guests. Guest access When you rent the Nobel villa, you have the entire villa to yourselves. However, a few rooms are kept locked for guests. In front of the villa is a secluded patio. Please note that there are several houses on the property that are rented as separate units.
