This peaceful guesthouse is on a 20 acre property and located a short distance from downtown and is perfect for a long term renter. It has a private entrance, bathroom, bedroom and kitchenette. There is a queen size bed in the small bedroom. It comes with high speed internet, cable tv, coffee maker and refrigerator. This guest house is more of a studio with a small bedroom. It’s perfect for one guest, but couples are welcome. This is a quiets place, centrally located with great views. The space This house sits on a 20 acre property and is just a short drive away from the center of Tehachapi. There are hundreds of oak trees and the views are beautiful and there’s even a trail if you’re up for a short hike . At night it is very quiet and you will not hear any City noise or the train and you will enjoy the stars. Guest access Guess are free too walk around the exterior property freely claim the nearby hills or walk on the hike. One can walk on the dirt road and visit the neighboring horses, cows, and sheep. Feel free to hike and explore the outdoors. Other things to note The house is at the basement floor of the main house and it is possible to hear a little if we are home. The guesthouse ceiling is the floor of one of the rooms in the main house. Everyone is usually asleep by 9PM.
