Apartment with Stunning sea views over Looe bay

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway where you can discover the pretty and vibrant fishing town of looe and its surrounding areas . The freshly refurbed space is cosy yet bright and airy and has the most stunning views over the ever changing bay and along the coastline as far as Rame head . This lovely well equipped apartment is the perfect place for a holiday away whilst enjoying the comforts of home . Free parking ,dog friendly , The space The apartment is very welcoming as soon as you walk in with a small but perfectly formed kitchen where you will find an electric oven grill and hob all the pots and pans you may need for you’re stay ,there is a kettle ,toaster , cafetière . There is a washing machine for you’re use , Tea , coffee , sugar, salt and pepper plus a few other condiments are supplied. As you enter the lounge/ living area you will be confronted with breath taking views from all windows across the bay towards Downderry and Rame head , the views are absolutely fabulous and personally I never get bored of looking out to sea as I’m sure you won’t..The view changes from minute to minute depending on the weather but even if it’s raining you can be warm and comfortable and enjoying Cornwalls wildness. The lounge has 2 sofas with foot stools and blankets for you’re comfort . There is a breakfast bar with stools to enjoy your meals whether you’ve cooked or collected a takeaway from one of looe’s many restaurants . Internet access and smart tv is included The bathroom has a large walk in shower sink and toilet .Towels and bath mat and toilet rolls are provided for your stay . The bedroom has a large very comfortable four poster bed where you again can enjoy sea views from whilst drinking your morning cuppa .There is a wardrobe with hangers / drawers and a large mirror . Bed linen is also provided for you. Extra pillows are available in the wardrobe . From the lounge you have access to you’re own balcony area facing outward toward the sun and sea where there is a bistro table and chairs plus a wooden bench . Doggy friends are welcome but please keep them off of the sofas and bed . There are dog towels available in a box with some treats and Poo bags.if I haven’t left it out it will be in the wardrobe. There is a large parking space for one vehicle infront of the building for your personal use .if you happen to have two cars there is usually room along the road. Guest access Access is up external stairs and you will have sole use of the apartment and balcony Other things to note Please note there are steps to access the apartment so unfortunately this space is not suitable for people who are unable to get up 16 steps . The apartment is very close to the cliffs and sea therefore there are seagulls .I can control how clean I leave the balcony but unfortunately I cannot control if a seagull poos on there in between me finishing cleaning and you arriving .please bear this in mind when booking . You are in a quiet residential area ,but within walking distance of the town along the south west coast path. There is a quiet private dog friendly beach near to the apartment .also several others nearby are dog friendly .unfortunately looe beach does not allow dogs.
