Across the road from the beach and filled with local art this home is funky, peaceful and welcoming. The second bedroom is on the mezzanine floor and up a gorgeous spiral staircase. During COVID we renovated the old Matutu Brewing factory into this gorgeous light filled home. High ceilings, strategically placed fans and airflow mean the house is always lovely and cool. Fully functional kitchen should you want to prep meals. This home is not suitable for children. The space Open planned living with a mezzanine floor to the second bedroom which is up a spiral staircase. Guest access You can access the house via the door closest to the car parking. There are three steps up to this door.
