House near Durham Uni. & Heritage Coast

Bright house set in a semi rural quiet community with easy central access of apprx. 10-15mins scenic drive to Durham university, Hospital, Cathedral, Castle, Heritage Coast, Castle Dene Nature Reserve, Wingate Quarry and to many Durham Tourist attractions. The house can comfortably sleep 4, there is enough beds to sleep 6 (A super king bed with SilentNight mattress for a superb night sleep, 2 single beds. There is no TV or internet installed at the property you are free to bring your own:) The space The space is on a hill so it is bright and in a good location close to a local Co-Op shop and one can be sure to enjoy a beautiful scenic drive all around. Indeed a beautiful welcoming warm home. Our guests have access to the garden and there is ample of space for parking. The house is very clean with sparkling white beddings & fluffy towels. There is facilities to prepare and enjoy light meals. Guest access Our guests have access to the entire space, except the boiler room in master bedroom. There is cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge, kettle, toaster, iron and hairdryer. Please note as this is a holiday home and as it also helps us to keep the tariff low for our guests, the heating is set to ‘off.’ Our guests may switch the thermostat to ‘manual’ and back to ‘off’ when happy with the temperature. Please don’t leat it on all day or night , switch it to off and all lights off before heading out. We strive to ensure a pleasant stay experience for all our guests.
