Welcome to our comfortable 1 bed 1 bath duplex, perfect for families & military travelers! Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, thoughtful touches for little ones, and a peaceful, family friendly atmosphere. Located just steps away from Leach Park, nearby tennis courts, and a grocery store conveniently down the street. You’ll have access to a shared washer and dryer, a fenced backyard, and a one car garage for parking. Your hosts live nearby and are happy to help with questions or special requests! The space This home accommodates up to 4 guests. A fifth guest under the age of 2 is also welcome. For sleeping arrangements, you will enjoy a private bedroom with a queen size bed. The living room offers a queen size pull out sofa that sleeps two additional guests. A pack and play is available for infants and toddlers. Guest access Property Layout & Shared Spaces: The entire left side of the home (as you face it from the street) is private and reserved for your use. At the back of the home, a locked door leads to a shared laundry room and provides access to the shared backyard. You may park on the right side of the driveway and use the right hand side of the garage. The garage has its own door and opener, but the interior is shared with another garage space. Please be sure to keep any personal items secure and locked. Other things to note We take reservations 6 months in advance. If you are interested in booking something further out please contact us! Train Noise Notice: Minot is a railroad town, and train sounds can be heard throughout the city, including occasional nighttime activity. There are active tracks directly behind the property, so you may hear trains pass by. Thanks to the city’s quiet zones, horns are rarely used, and most guests find the sound to be brief and not overly disruptive. The home is located 9 minutes from the Minot International Airport and 5 minutes from the Amtrak Train Station.
