Cottage at the sea with sauna and boat

Newly renovated cottage for two people on the car free island Länsö. Rowing boat with electric motor and solar cells included. The cottage is located 150 meters from the beach and the mooring. Private sauna and terrace with sea view. Beautiful nature and good fishing. Car parking on the mainland included. Bed linen and towels are provided by the landlord. The space On the property is also a bigger house, where I, the landlord, sometimes spend my time. I always announce my presence on forehand and of course stay away from the tenants space. The garden is big enough for both of us and I keep a low profile. Guest access The bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, outhouse and the two terraces are dedicated for the tenant. Garden can sometimes be chaired with landlord. Other things to note No bridge or ferry exist between mainland and Länsö. The island is reached after a five minute trip with the boat included. House is locates 150 meter from the mooring.
