The space The apartment, approximately 80 sqm in size, consists of a kitchen with a dining area, a small living room with a TV corner, a double bedroom with a small balcony, a twin bedroom with single beds, a study with a sofa bed, a large bathroom with both shower and bathtub, a laundry room, and a 25 sqm terrace. We provide bed linen and towels. Guests have access to an iron and a hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with all the basic necessities for cooking: various dishes and cutlery, salt, sugar, coffee, tea, herbal tea, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and laundry detergent. In the bathroom, hand soap, shampoo, and shower gel are available. A baby crib can be added upon request and subject to availability. Free public parking is available just a few meters from the house. The property is equipped with carbon monoxide and methane gas detectors, as well as a fire extinguisher. Guest access The accommodation is a 3-minute walk from the parking areas. There are several ways to reach it: -a 20-meter uphill walk followed by 5 steps (the fastest route) -a mostly flat path of 150 meters To enter the apartment, there is one additional step, and inside the house there is one step in one of the two bedrooms and two steps to access the terrace.
