A truly peaceful stylish comfortable place to stay. Please note: there are no window coverings in the common areas. There is coverings only in the bedrooms. If you want early check in before 2pm, please make sure your booking includes the night before. We cannot accommodate an earlier check in than 2pm. There is extra fees for EV charging. Washer/dryer are only available for guest use for long stay of 5 nights or more. The space NOISE WARNING: This is a very quiet, clean and safe community/neighborhood. Nonetheless, neighbors might have pets/animals that might make noise during your stay. Neighbors might also have gatherings or construction on their property which cause noise. Such things are beyond my control. I’ll try to warn guests ahead of time if I’m aware of these situations. I cannot guarantee zero noise. Thank you!
