Few highlights; ceiling fans, OLED TVs, cinema projector, high-speed Wi-Fi, and spacious bathrooms to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. Feel right at home. You’ll be just minutes from Hanford’s downtown, with local parks and popular restaurants close by. Shopping and dining options are close. Adventist Health hospital about 2 miles away. The space Please note: there are no window coverings in the common areas. There are window coverings only in the bedrooms and bathrooms. There are extra fees for EV charging. We have a spare Tesla Charging Cable, otherwise you must supply your own cable. Inquire at time of booking for flat rate, and type of wall plug. Washer/dryer are only available for guest use for long stay of 2 nights or more. NOISE WARNING: Our community is quiet, clean, and safe. The peaceful atmosphere provides a relaxing environment for guests, making it an ideal place to unwind after a busy day. Nonetheless, please note that neighbors may have pets or hold events, which could cause occasional noise. Such things are beyond my control. I will try to warn guests ahead of time if I’m aware of these situations. If you require absolute silence during your stay, please know that I cannot guarantee a noise-free environment. Thank you for your understanding. Guest access All overnight guests must be listed on the reservation. If any guests are not accounted for, your booking may be canceled. Please ensure everyone in your party is included when making your reservation. For safety and security, we require you notify us in advance if you intend to have day visitors enter the property. ie. If you put 1 guest and you're coming with more, the place will only be setup for 1 guest for supplies. Other things to note We do our best to accommodate early check in requests. If you absolutely would like to check in before 2 PM, please book the preceding night as part of your reservation.
