Charges may apply to any approved overnight visitors/guests depending on the amount. **PETS: Because of the extensive shedding from previous guests pets, the pet fee has been raised. **PETS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED BY HOST BEFOREHAND & BE VERY LIGHT SHEDDERS! If after your stay, there is an extensive amount of shedding, the guest will be charged an extra cleaning fee! *PLEASE DO NOT bring your pet if they are bad shedders! *NO SMOKING & NO PARTIES!* (May smoke outside the building) Non-Compliance with house rules may require fees and/or fines at owners' discretion.
