This Stablewood Springs Presidential Villa offers 2 bedrooms condo style homes with 2 full bathroom, 1 being an En Suite that sleeps up to 6 guests. 3 bedrooms sleeps up to 10 guests option may be available if needed. You and the family will stay busy with great recreational amenities that include 2 outdoor pools, one that is heated, hot tub and fitness center. The resort is super kid-friendly with ping pong, pool table, corn hole, fire pits, activity center, bbq area, fire pit, picnic and of course a slide in the pool. The resort also has 24-hour front desk has staff standing by to help with luggage storage and concierge services during your stay. Other things to note The Resort maintains high standards and goes through upgrades. Condo characteristics and design may vary. A valid identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check-in. Any name change for your reservation will require a $99 name change fee. The resort requires a 2 night minimum reservation on weekends. The resort charges for internet service. WIFI is $9.95 daily or $49.95 for up to 10 days for up to 2 devices. A $250 security deposit (per stay) in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check-in. The security deposit will be released upon check-out.
