The apartment, located in the Antiques district, has easy walking access to all sights and amenities. It is a 15-minute walk to the train station. Parking is easily available in the neighborhood (rue Proudhon) but max. 2 hours, and free from 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Parking nearby (approx. €11 for 24 hours and €0.30 per hour at night). The space Old apartment (French ceiling, old tiles and parquet) but completely renovated in 2025. It has two real bedrooms and a third bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed and a removable wall that closes the room. There is also a very comfortable sofa bed in the living room. One bedroom as well as the one with the sofa bed are located on the courtyard side, very quiet. One bedroom is located on the street side, so it can be a little louder on weekends, especially in summer when the windows are open. The apartment also has a large fully equipped kitchen to prepare good meals after shopping in the beautiful covered market of Dijon!
