Entering from the bright porch-dining room, you are greeted by the living room and open, modern and fully equipped kitchen. A perfect space to relax, watch a movie or to prepare and share delicious meals. The apartment has two spacious and bright rooms, tastefully decorated and with large closets to store all your belongings. One bedroom features a spacious double bed, and the other has a practical 3-bed bunk bed. In addition, it has a cot available upon request, ideal if you are traveling with a baby or toddler. The bathroom is equipped with a rain shower and all the necessary details to ensure your comfort. From the lounge, you can directly access the charming porch, ideal for your fresh meals and dinners, surrounded by a beautiful private garden with comfortable sofas, where you can relax and enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink in a quiet and private setting. In addition, the community has a shared pool and BBQ area, perfect for refreshing on hot days and socializing with neighbors. The apartment is designed to offer all the amenities you need: air conditioning/heating, Wi-Fi connection, washing machine and dishwasher. The modern décor, combined with cozy details and lots of natural light throughout the rooms, makes it definitely a wonderful place to rest and create unforgettable memories!! Guest access In addition to the fenced garden for private use, guests have access to the large community garden, a large lawn area that has a refreshing pool and shade under the trees that will guarantee unforgettable summer naps. The barbecue area is also available, upon request and subject to availability. Mas Pinell is a beautiful area located on the Costa Brava, known for its tranquility and natural beauty.
