Countryside between Larchant and Buthiers

Located in the heart of the countryside, our accommodation offers you a rejuvenating setting, while being ideally located just a few kilometers from must-see places for nature and climbing lovers: Larchant, Buthiers, the Trois Pignons forest, all recognized worldwide for climbing. For riders and cowboys, the large parquet and the BORANCH are nearby. You will also be close to Fontainebleau, its castle and its legendary forest. The space This old barn, completely renovated with care over the last two years, is now a warm and comfortable space, perfect for a stay as a couple, with friends or solo. 🛏️ The accommodation consists of: - A private entrance, - Upstairs: a spacious bright living room with TV lounge area, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, - A comfortable bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and storage for your belongings, - A modern bathroom with walk-in shower and sink. 🚗 Outside: - Free parking, - Direct access to the fields for your walks or bike rides, in complete tranquility. 🧺 Note: We do not charge a cleaning fee. Only laundry cleaning fees are included. In return, we ask that guests leave the accommodation in a clean condition. In case of non-compliance, a cleaning fee may be charged. Guest access The apartment is accessible in its entirety. Other things to note The accommodation is located in the countryside, right in front of our main residence and in front of our family farm. As a cereal farmer, some times of the year (especially sowing and harvesting) can be busier. During these times, tractors or other agricultural machinery may be required to operate early in the morning or in the evening. The building is well insulated, but occasional noise pollution may occur. We want our guests to be informed so they can make the most of their stay with full knowledge of the facts.
