The space The house is freely located with a spacious garden around the house. You enter through a gate with a path to the front door. In the hall is the wardrobe and door to the living room with open kitchen. Because the house has a large glass front, it is a nice bright space overlooking the garden. The sliding door connects the living room and the terrace of the garden. In the spacious kitchen equipped with built-in appliances, you can cook delicious meals, and for breakfast, you can order fresh rolls at the reception. After a day full of activities, you can enjoy a movie on the sofa and in winter, the room is extra warm by the crackling fireplace. From the room, the bathroom with shower, toilet and sink is accessible as well as the utility room where the washing machine is located. From the utility room, there is also a door to the garden. On the 2nd floor, there are 2 bedrooms and a technical room. In the master bedroom, the beds are placed next to each other, and in the 2nd bedroom, the beds are separate from each other. Both bedrooms have a closet where clothes can be hung. Extra luggage can be placed in the technical room, here there is also a dresser with a changing pad that you can use for the youngest guests. The house is located opposite the swimming pool and a large playground. The panna cage with possibilities for soccer and basketball, as well as the other large playground with air trampoline and cable car, are a stone's throw away. So ideal if you come with children! The car can be parked behind the hedge, close but out of sight. If you have an EV, there is a charging station in the middle of the park, so you can drive away with a full battery towards the sights and eventually back home. Guest access All rooms in the house can be used. In the utility room, there are also some cleaning supplies. Other things to note The house is not suitable for bachelor parties, party-goers, soccer teams, etc. The house is located in a park where mainly families come and guests who enjoy the tranquility. Smoking or using drugs is not allowed in the house. Drug use is prohibited throughout the park. Pets are not allowed in the house.
