The Happy Tribes' landmark

Spacious and friendly, our house is perfectly suited to accommodate families during reunions, especially with children. This is not a hotel service, but a functional and warm place to live, fully equipped because we live there year-round. You will have access to everything we use on a daily basis: games, toys, games room, bicycles, rollerblades, books… As a bonus: fresh eggs live from the henhouse! The space Our house is very large (about 220 square meters). You will have at your disposal a very large living/dining room/children's play area with a table at their height/a covered terrace and a very large garden of 3000 square meters of land where you will find a children's swing set, a chicken coop, a sandbox! On the ground floor a double bedroom, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom, kitchen and a huge living/dining room etc... Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (one of which is a trundle bed), a third bedroom with a single bed, a large bedroom with 1 double bed and a single bed + possibility to add extra beds. This large bedroom also serves as a games room. In addition: 1 toilet, 1 bathroom. Note: we have a very good wifi connection that serves the entire house but we live without a TV connection!!! On the other hand, we have enough to watch DVDs and a collection of movies and cartoons for children! In the garage: laundry room (washing machine and dryer, tancarville, children's games, beach games, etc. + a part that we will privatize to store our belongings and make room for you. Please note: arrangements are possible and we can organize extra beds, please contact us if you have any special requests ;-) The house is located close to very beautiful places for walks (lake, ponds, beaches, GR 34, etc.). The first beaches are a 20-minute drive from our home, and you will be very well located to explore Brittany and especially the Côtes d'Armor! Guest access Self check-in with a key box. Plenty of parking space inside the property. Other things to note As this is our home, we will ask vacationers to take care of our chickens (and eat their eggs!) and to respect everything that will be at your disposal, including all the toys that our children are very happy to share with yours!!! Another very important dimension, we have 2 adorable cats that will ask you for a little attention and to whom you will have to feed for the duration of your stay... Linens will be provided but not towels.
