You will be greeted by the warmth of the rustic environment of a typical Italian house, built by my grandfather in 1922, with exposed stone masonry. Our house is the last one in the historic center – no Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), private parking, and zero worries! The basement apartment has an independent entrance, a private kitchen, and a private bathroom, renovated in July 2024. Please note: To access the property, there are stairs that are higher than standard. The standard-sized double bed is equipped with a firm mattress + 2 pillows per person, one firm and low and one soft and higher. ✈️ The apartment is located about 3 hours from Rome, with direct bus connections. Nearest airports are Pescara and Ancona, both connected to the city by bus services. Ascoli Piceno is a charming city, with a historic center mainly built in travertine, known for its elegant squares, historic churches and medieval towers. Please note that, due to the thick walls of the house, the phone signal can be weak inside. However, a stable Wi-Fi connection is available for using WApp, FaceTime, and other applications.
