Apartment A7 Terrazzo offers a breathtaking view of the sea – the Coast of the Gods and the mountains. It is located on the upper floor (without the need to climb stairs or driveways) of the intimate Terrazzo residence, located in a beautiful, well-kept garden on a small hill in Parghelia, two kilometers from Tropea. The residence is a closed and guarded area. It has a shared swimming pool with a majestic view of the Tyrrhenian Sea, Tropea and Stromboli, and a parking lot for the exclusive use of its residents. The space The apartment is fully air-conditioned, with an area of approx. 70 m2: living room with TV, terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains, well-equipped kitchen (large fridge, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, Nespresso capsule coffee machine), bathroom (shower, washing machine, hair dryer), 2 bedrooms. Towels and bed linen are provided. In the living room there is a large and comfortable sofa bed that can sleep two people. On the terrace there is a table and armchairs for 6 people. Each bedroom has a double bed, the first has a stunning view of the sea and mountains, the second exit to a cozy balcony overlooking the garden. On the balcony there is a table for 2 people. A baby playpen and beach umbrella are available on request. Guest access Guests can use all rooms except the closed utility room. Other things to note The location is an ideal base for visiting cities such as Scilla, Reggio di Calabria, Pizzo - known for its ice cream "tartufo", or Pentedattilo, an abandoned "ghost town". It is also the perfect place to spend time on boat trips to Capo Vaticano, admire the active volcano on the island of Stromboli, or sail around the Lipari Islands. Beautiful Sicily awaits lovers of all-day sightseeing in the vicinity. Check-in is between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Later check-in is possible - between 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. but is associated with an additional cost of 50 Eur. Check-in is possible on all days of the week except Sundays. The nearest airport is Lamezia Terme, about an hour's drive away.
