House with roof terrace, close to Amsterdam

Our beautiful house is in the beautiful Bosch and Vaart neighborhood in Haarlem. In a fifteen-minute walk, you are in the city center of Haarlem. It is 8 km from the beach and Amsterdam is 20 km away. A city forest is a 5-minute walk away. Our house is 130 square meters, on the 1st and 2nd floor and has a roof terrace overlooking Haarlem city center and the BAVO cathedral. We are renting out our house for the first time because we are going to travel around the EU for 10 weeks. We are allowed to rent out for 30 days from the municipality. The space Upon entering, you go up the stairs to the first floor. You will find a spacious living and dining room with a small balcony at the back. There is an open kitchen with gas stove, oven, coffee maker and kettle. There is also a toilet on the first floor. Upstairs are three bedrooms and a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. There is a bedroom with a double bed. There is also a freestanding bathtub in that bedroom. There is a separate children's room with a bunk bed. This bed is 1.60 meters long and suitable for children up to about 10 years old. Under the loft bed, another sleeping place could be created with a guest mattress. There is also a guest room where there is a sofa bed for 2 people. There is also a desk here. Guest access Because we are traveling for a period of 10 weeks, our house is available during that period. We would prefer to rent the house to a (small) family that stays in our house as long as possible during that period. Other things to note Upon entering, you immediately go up a flight of stairs.
