Enjoy your stay in this secured, calm, stylish space. The space 2 bedrooms with balcony and bathrooms, 1 bedroom with common bath, drawing room, kitchen, family living room and dining area open to a balcony with the view of the nature. Fully furnished with modern amenities. AC and mosquito nets in all the rooms. Guest access Depending on the guests numbers and booking conditions you can access to only one or all bedrooms. But you have the access to all the common areas. We never allow 2 different families at the same time in our apartment. So you have full privacy. Other things to note Few house rules you need to consider while staying in the apartment - 1. Try to be green. Please switch off all the lights and AC when you are not using any specific room or area. And when you are out of the apartment. We have an estimate about the electricity bill. If you keep the AC running all the time when you are not using the rooms, can significantly increase the electricity bill and impact the functionality of the AC. If we receive very high electricity bill more than usual, we will have to charge you for that. 2. Please switch off the gas knob properly after every use to avoid any gas leakage. It can be fatal for you if you overlook it. 3. Our main gate and lift closes at 11pm. Please try to maintain your schedule accordingly. For exceptional case, please organize it with the security guard of our building. 4. You will find valuables and collection in my apartment. You are welcome to enjoy those but don't loss or break anything. 5. Please maintain and clean the apartment as it is your own. Any damage of the property or equipment will be charged to your account. 6. Try to maintain the rules of our housing society for your safety and comfort. 7. Please feel free to contact me if you have any question or concern. 8. You will get access only to the AC of the number of rooms you will book. For access AC for living room and family space,you have to pay extra 500 BDT per AC per day directly to the host. This is because of high electricity bills. 9.
