The space Step into a two-storey retreat crafted for relaxed coastal living just moments from the waterfront. Unwind in the living area where an L-shaped leather sofa and a smart TV with Ethernet connection, Disney+ and Netflix invite endless entertainment. Settle into the adjacent second sofa or study nook, where books, reading material, and a desk create a quiet corner for remote work. Prepare meals in the modern kitchen, fully equipped with an oven, stovetop, microwave, and dishwasher, along with ample bench space for casual bites. Share meals at the timber dining table, or step outside to the balcony, where cushioned lounge seating and a BBQ create the perfect setting for alfresco feasts. As night falls, retreat to one of three bedrooms, each with a ceiling fan and a built-in wardrobe for easy storage. Head downstairs to the primary bedroom featuring a queen bed and an ensuite with twin vanities and a shower. The second downstairs bedroom offers two single beds, ideal for children or friends. A second bathroom with a shower is also located on this level, along with a full internal laundry equipped with a washer and dryer. Relax upstairs in the third bedroom featuring a queen bed and direct access to a third bathroom just across the hall, perfect for anyone seeking privacy and convenience. Park securely with two allocated basement garage spaces. Access involves six flights of stairs, and the apartment is spread across two internal levels via stairs, making it less suitable for anyone with mobility concerns. Guest access During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves, as well as access to the building's shared facilities including including an outdoor pool and BBQ area.
