It consists of two comfortable bedrooms, a modern bathroom with rainfall showerhead, a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy, summery living room space. From the balcony, you will enjoy the majesticn views of Mpali bay in contrast to the cretan mountains! Indoors: Up to 7 or even 8 persons can be accommodated, as 3 beds and 2 sofa beds are available. There is a bedroom with a double bed and another one with two single beds and a sofa bed. There is also a second sofa bed in the living room which can be easily turn into a comfy double bed. Closets, desks, A/Cs and 32" smart TVs, which get connected to many channels via satellite, are available in every bedroom. Fresh, clean sheets, towels and bathrobes are offered to Ocean Dream's guests, uplevelling your accommodation experience. The kitchen is fully renovated - as the rest of the apartment - and has all the necessary equipment, making your vacation easy. Microwave, oven, kitchen hobs, toaster, coffee maker for filtered coffee and also for espresso coffee, electric kettle, dishwasher are some of the available for you amenities. Bathroom is brand new, spacious and modern. You will enjoy using the jacuzzi shower with rainfall showerhead. It is also equipped with washing maschine, hair dryer and an updated first aid kit. Hot water is always available via solar energy. In the living room area, the big,cozy corner sofa will offer you unique moments of relaxation while enjoying a cool glass of wine from the Wine Fridge, under the soft light of downlights. A 55" smart TV is available connecting to NETFLIX, ready to entertain the whole family. Small details in every room of Ocean Dream apartment is making it the right choice for your vacation! Outdoors: The apartment has two balconies, facing south and north with different views. Its position allows to enjoy pure sunlight in every hour of the day: waking up early in the morning, the sun will give you its warm goodmorning coming up behind the mountains. Completing its circle in the afternoon, will give place to a sky full of stars. From the kitchen, there is the second balcony, where the barbeque is placed. Easily moving inside out, one can prepare grilled stakes, burgers or even fish and enjoy a wonderful meal. Both balconies have small doors, making it thus a safe place for children. However, the real outdoor space of Ocean Dream is the beach. Within a minute walk, you can be in the water, sunbathing under the hot sun, enjoying the sea even when it is windy. The bay is a small gulf which does not get affected by the wind. Cafes and restaurants are right there, on your feet and all you need to do is just to put your vacation mode and have a relaxing vacation. The location is ideal as in a walking distance you have everything: shops, restaurants, supermarkets, cafes. Activities: Mpali is a blessed and privilegded place in Crete. There are four different beaches that you can visit and in each one of them, you will able to find many activities such as a big variety of watersports. The easy and safe (in both directions) access to the high way allows to guests to move around in Crete and meet extraordinary places, people, experiences. Guest access Guests can have access to every room of the apartment, apart of the storage room which is locked and accessed only by the cleaning lady or the owners. Other things to note Your vacations will be a dream that came true, as everything is at a walking distance from the apartment. Beach, bars and restaurants are right on your feet. We will be all more than happy to meet and welcome you! Since 01/01/2025 all guests that stay at short-term rentals must pay tax for climate change. In this property, the tax is 2€ / day for November to March and 8€ / day for April to October. This amount must be paid separately and is not included in the cost of stay.
