Spend your days swimming at nearby beaches, kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing or cycling. Enjoy a sundowner on the outdoor decks, dine inside or out & wake up to the sound of chirping birds. The space The Lakehouse suite is the main dwelling in a property with a secondary unit. Both suites are private, exclusive spaces within the same building connected by a hallway that has shared laundry facilities. Your suite's second, 2-piece washroom is also in that hall. So, please keep the hall door closed for privacy and sound transfer unless accessing washroom or laundry. Guest access You have access to all areas outside on the waterfront side. The waterfront and boats are shared and others may visit for maintenance purposes during your stay. Other things to note Waterfront area is mostly designated for the waterfront suite apart from small deck and 2-person table on the left and water access for boats. Front yard is for front unit's use. As a waterfront property, outdoor furniture needs regular wiping down before each use. Cleaner does not tend the outside areas. Where available, please keep furniture covered when not in use. reduce the need for cleaning and the loss of cushions and other items to the water on windy days or nights. Park in the carport or in front of the gate (property extends to the neighbor's gates). Your smart lock entrance is located under the carport. Master bed is by the island, 2nd bed by the main entrance.
