Other things to note The tourist tax (€2.50 p.p./night) is not included in the price and will be charged separately at check-in. We reserve a right of withdrawal if the cottage is sold after the conclusion of the contract with holiday guests and the new owner no longer allows holiday rentals. In this case, payments already made will be fully refunded. Further claims of the tenant are excluded. A deposit of €500 is required for the stay. The security deposit can either be paid by bank transfer no later than two days before arrival or handed over in cash on the day of arrival. If no damage to the property is found and there are no other complaints, the deposit will be refunded in full.
