SeaForever is a lovely and very comfortable, 3 bedroom beach house at the end of a quiet cul de sac in Pennington. It is within easy walking distance of the beach, the river and to some great fishing spots. A beautiful and peaceful garden, a large swimming pool. All areas have lovely sea views! The open plan living area, dining room, lounge, patios and kitchen create a wonderful inside outside space for entertaining - providing all one could need or want to enjoy while on holiday. The main bedroom has a full en suite bathroom, the other two bedrooms share the second bathroom. There is a guest loo. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with two fridges, microwave and dishwasher. There is a laundry room with washing machine. Safe, secure house with alarm system and automated gate. Plenty of parking. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house. Other things to note Please note that the house sleeps 6 people and any additional people will be charged at R250 per night. If you arrive at the house with additional people the additional charge will be charged at check-in.
