Countryside and pool, 1 hour from Paris

Come and relax in this corner of paradise 1 hour from Paris, in absolute calm with a large garden, an orchard and a Biopooltech natural filtration immersed wooden pool to cool off in summer or a cozy atmosphere by the fire in winter. The house has been completely renovated to provide all the comfort possible in this bucolic space, ideal for gatherings with family or friends. The neighborhood is very quiet, noisy parties and evenings are prohibited. Thank you for your understanding. The space Hello and welcome :) The accommodation is composed of: 3 very spacious double bedrooms allowing the addition of 1 or even 2 floor mattresses for children if needed. 1 smaller double bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed 1 dormitory with 4 beds (bunk bed + pull-out bed) There are therefore 12 places in the beds but I have put a capacity of 14 guests because there is the possibility of adding mattresses on the floor in addition if there are many children for example. The rooms are distributed as follows: on the ground floor, double bedroom with 180 x 200 cm bed and private bathroom/toilet, with French window overlooking the terrace and the garden. the 1st floor consists of 2 independent spaces, one accessible by a staircase from the kitchen, the other accessible by a staircase from the living room. Upstairs on the terrace side: 1 large double bedroom with 180 x 200 cm bed, 1 4-bed dormitory, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 separate toilet. Upstairs on the garden side: 1 large double bedroom with 180 x 200 cm bed, 1 small double bedroom with 140 x 190 cm bed, 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 separate toilet. There is also 1 dining room with a 12-seat table, 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 1 games room with dinette, workbench, building games... On the terrace, outdoor table for 10 people with umbrella. Possibility to take out a 2nd table as well as the chairs from the inside. The pool is secured by a fence and a lockable gate. The whole house was completely renovated in 2024.
