With cows, horses, and owls as your only neighbors, this peaceful oasis offers an ideal setting to recharge your batteries and unwind. No TV, but the WIFI works! At the crossroads of 3 valleys, you have access to hiking, skiing 45 minutes away, the ocean 90 minutes away and Spain 1 hour away. The space Completely renovated, the "Longuet" house is designed for sustainable and environmentally friendly integration. It is equipped with photovoltaic panels and a phyto-planted wastewater treatment system. It also features an 8 m3 rainwater collection tank. It is fully insulated with wood wool, and its exposed stone walls are coated with natural lime. Heating and hot water are produced by air-to-water heat pumps powered by solar panels. All waste is sorted. Organic waste is composted. Electric vehicle charging is available for T2 vehicles. ( chargeable 0,30 euro/KW/H ) No need for air conditioning in the summer; the stone walls naturally keep the house cool! Comfortable 180 x 200 bed with hypoallergenic pillows Due to the natural swimming pool and its filtration basins, we are sorry not to be able to accept children or animals. Guest access Your accommodation is private and independent. It has dedicated parking, a terrace, separate access, and a garden. The natural swimming pool is shared with us. Be careful not to walk or sit on the separation between the reed filtration area and the swimming pool. Also, please do not walk in the lagoon. Other things to note Water treatment and swimming are naturally filtered. This requires certain precautions: For wastewater, no foreign matter should be disposed of other than a minimum amount of toilet paper. All soaps and detergents provided are suitable. When swimming, please do not apply sunscreen before cooling off. Please do not feed the horses.
