Welcome to our charming apartment, located in the hills of Sarzana, where tranquility and natural beauty will welcome you for a relaxing vacation. The property can accommodate up to 4 people and is part of a small complex of apartments, each of which consists of two bedrooms, a cozy living room, two bathrooms and an equipped kitchen. The strategic location allows you to easily explore the wonders of Liguria and Tuscany (5 Terre, Versilia and Lunigiana) The space The apartment is spread over two levels to ensure space and comfort. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room to relax and a full bathroom, equipped with all the necessary amenities for your comfort. On the first floor there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds that, on request, can be joined to form a double bed. The rooms are bright and offer a view of the surrounding hills. In the sleeping area there is a practical and functional half bathroom. The porch, equipped with a table and chairs, is the ideal place to enjoy an aperitif at sunset or simply to relax under a starry sky. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, which includes the kitchen, living room, bedrooms, two bathrooms (one full on the ground floor and one half bathroom on the first floor) as well as a common porch with dedicated tables for each apartment. The customer will be able to enjoy total privacy and tranquility in maximum comfort. Other things to note •Check-in: from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with the possibility of flexibility upon request. •Check-out: by 10 a.m. •In accordance with the municipal regulations of the Municipality of Sarzana, the payment of the accommodation tax of €2.50 per person per night, up to a maximum of seven consecutive nights, is required.
