The space Balat is famous for its colorful streets, historic charm, and being a filming location for many Turkish TV series. It’s a historic neighborhood where different cultures and religions have lived together for centuries – and you can still feel that special atmosphere today. Churches, synagogues, and mosques are all close to each other, and the area is full of character. This three-story home offers: – A cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen on the first floor – One single bedroom, one sofa bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor – A master bedroom, second bathroom, and a terrace on the top floor The spiral staircase adds to the home’s authentic character.
