Comfortable Flat, Short Stays

Feel at home in my apartment right in the heart of Betim! It has bedroom with Smart TV, living room with office and kitchen equipped with microwave, airfryer, (no gas stove) and other good things. Old but firm and strong refrigerator! Quick Wi-Fi, spacious balcony and that cozy little thing that only Minas has. Pertim de tudo: bakery, supermarket, pharmacy and health center. It has no garage. Room Note Tv is not smart, I recommend the use of the room. I don't host, I receive guests! ♥️ The space The wardrobe is private, I do not give access to the guest. Thank you Guest access You can use the bedroom (bed, TV), kitchen, bathroom, living room, office area, and balcony. Attention, the wardrobe is private! Other things to note The use of narcotics inside the apartment or on the building's premises is strictly prohibited. After 10 p.m., loud noise is prohibited.
