A large TV is available in the living room. The ground floor is air-conditioned for hot days, and fans are provided upstairs. Enjoy your own private 12 x 6 m pool for relaxing in total privacy, along with a spacious 40 m² covered terrace overlooking the pool, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing in the shade. The garden invites you to stroll and unwind in a tranquil setting.
