House on the east with spa bath and large spaces!

Welcome to our large, spacious house with proximity to grocery store, playground and city center. The forest is around the corner with very nice walking paths and cycling distance to the lake for swimming and activities. A modern villa with kitchen, living room, 6 bedrooms (1 room has a sofa bed), 1 bathroom with shower + a laundry room with shower. 1 small toilet. Glazed conservatory, 3 stoves, 1 outdoor hot tub. The kitchen is fully equipped. Free Wi-Fi included. You can easily check into the house using a code for the door that we will send. The space Large areas with room for many! The forest and walking trails are right next door and it's close to most things. Shops and beaches are within walking and cycling distance. As a guest, you have access to the entire house, apart from two locked storage rooms indoors and the garage. Coffee machine, coffee maker, smart TV, hot tub, three stoves, one of which heats the patio if it is cold in the evenings. Guest house in the courtyard with at least 3 beds. We assume that you as a guest follow our house rules and leave the house in the same condition as when you arrived. Welcome! Guest access You may use the spaces of the house, apart from two storage rooms and the garage. There is a guest house on the farm with at least 3 beds. Please let us know if this needs to be used. Please treat the house as if it were your own home. Be careful with items, clean thoroughly and leave the house in the same condition as when you arrived! Other things to note We expect you as a guest to take care of the house just as if it were your own home. Treat it well and with respect. Please leave the house in the same condition as when you arrived. Towels, bed linens and hygiene items, such as shower cream, shampoo, etc., you must provide yourself. The house should be cleaned before leaving. Cleaning materials/cleaning products are available to use. If you want to use the hot tub, you can contact us and get instructions on how to clean the tub afterwards.
