Ören, Summer House in Burhaniye

Our house, Villa Nina, is 800 m from Öğretmenler Beach, 1.4 km from Ören Beach and 1.2 km from the İskele area. The market on Saturdays ("Ören Historical Village Market" on google maps) is 400m away. On the ground floor, there is a living room, open kitchen and toilet; on the 2nd floor, there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom/toilet, and on the attic floor, there is 1 bedroom and a bathroom/toilet. All 4 bedrooms have air conditioning. We have a 1-ton water tank to mitigate the risk of low water pressure during the summer months.
