Welcome to our generous and tastefully decorated architect-designed house in the popular area of Haga in Sundsvall! With a full 214 m² of living space, this modern home offers plenty of room for up to 8 guests. The house has 4 bedrooms with a total of 8 beds, a bright living room, dining room adjacent to the kitchen, two bathrooms and a guest toilet. Two furnished patios and a driveway with space for three cars. Welcome to a comfortable and pleasant stay in a south-facing location – we look forward to being part of your stay in Sundsvall! The space The house offers four spacious bedrooms – one with a king size bed for extra comfort, and three bedrooms with two single beds in each, giving a total of eight beds. All bedrooms have nice light and blackout options for a good night's sleep. The bright and airy living room is decorated with a generous sofa set and Smart TV – perfect for unwinding after a day in the city or nature. Adjacent is a separate dining room with a large dining table that accommodates eight people – perfect for shared meals and socializing. The fully-equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook on site and is fully equipped and plenty of kitchen utensils. In addition, there is a coffee machine, so please feel free to bring whole beans. There's also a coffee press for brewing coffee. The house has two bathrooms – one with shower and one with bathtub. In addition, there is a separate guest toilet, making the accommodation comfortable even for larger groups. Outside there are two furnished patios - one in lovely morning sun and one in evening sun - perfect for breakfast coffee or barbecue evenings (barbecue available). The driveway can accommodate three cars, and there is also free parking on the street. There is toilet paper, paper towels, soap, basic spices, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, cleaning agents, laundry detergent, heating candles and lighters – so you can feel at home from the start. With plenty of space, a smart floor plan and a quiet but central location, this is an excellent choice for both vacation and work in Sundsvall. Guest access As a guest, you rent the house's entrance floor. On the basement floor, we have a long-term tenant who rents a smaller apartment with a separate entrance. Folded on the bed – 100 SEK/person The guest makes the beds themselves 2.
