A bus stop is about 4 minutes away To Trier 5 x daily from Mon – Fri The space The vacation apartment is located in my single-family home in a very quiet residential area / cul-de-sac on the edge of the forest of Pellingen. The tastefully furnished single apartment with separate entrance is on the ground floor, and therefore also ideally suited for seniors. A highlight is the new terrace canopy with glass roof and LED lighting. A large living room with corner sofa and additional sofa bed (140 wide), satellite TV / smart TV, DVD player with movies, Reading corner, bedroom with double bed (2 x 2 m) and large wardrobe, a modern kitchen with dishwasher and dining area, as well as a nice shower room with exterior window. In the hallway there is a wardrobe with shoe cabinet. There are shutters in all rooms. From the living room, you have direct access to your garden and the beautiful terrace, which invites you to relax with 2 additional relaxing chairs. A charcoal kettle grill is ready for you in the garden shed. Wi-Fi is available. Free parking is right outside the door. Linens, towels, kitchen towels are included. A high chair and a cot with bed linen are available free of charge if required. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but you can smoke on the terrace. Guest access Look forward to maximum flexibility in my place! With your own separate entrance, you can come and go undisturbed at any time. Thanks to the convenient self check-in via key safe with number code, even a late arrival is completely hassle-free – your stay starts exactly according to your rhythm! Other things to note The apartment is very quiet in a cul-de-sac on the edge of the forest of Pellingen. By car, you can reach the city center of Trier in about 10-15 minutes. The nearest shopping center (Aldi, Edeka, DM Markt, Sparkasse, etc.) is only about 6 minutes away. Pellingen is a highlight for all hiking, running and walking friends, with great views of the valleys of Mosel, Saar and Ruwer The apartment is in the border triangle (Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany) and therefore offers countless excursion options. The proximity to Trier, the oldest city in Germany, is particularly attractive. Picturesque towns on the Saar (Saarburg, Mettlach) and the legendary Saar loop Cloef are not far away, as is the city of Luxembourg Distances: Trier 11 km: (Porta Nigra, Amphitheater.
