Double room, en-suite and continental breakfast

Just four miles south of Stratford-upon-Avon, this is the perfect place to relax and explore the Cotswolds. Beautiful countryside walks all around, a brilliant village pub, The Bell, just around the corner and a wonderful garden to relax in after a busy day. Continental breakfast included - Greek yogurt, fresh berries, nuts and seeds and pastries with fresh orange juice, speciality coffees and teas. This will be served in the dining area of your private sitting room as shown in the photo. The space Our house is a former vicarage (with delusions of grandeur given its name!) It is a sprawling space which has been added onto over the years and is a much loved family home. We have recently become empty nesters as our five children are all now living in London. We have a lovely big garden with mature trees and a large terrace area with seating. Your bedroom is down one end of the house as is your sitting room. Breakfast is served in your sitting room. If you are a family (or happy to share a bathroom) then we can also rent out a second double bedroom with a King-size bed which would be next to yours. Just ask Sarah if you are interested in this option. These bedrooms are at the opposite end of the house from our own. Guest access Your bedroom (bed is King size) en-suite bathroom are upstairs and are accessed via a shared hallway. Your sitting room is on the ground floor and you have separate access to this from the drive. We will provide you with a key for this door so that you have your own entrance. This room is very large with a high vaulted ceiling. It has large comfy sofas and a seating area with a large TV. On the left hand wall is a coffee and tea station with a small fridge. There is a Nespresso machine and coffee pods, milk in the fridge, and sugar. There is also a kettle and various flavours of tea bags for you. There is also your breakfast table in one corner where your continental breakfast will be served. You can let us know your preferred breakfast time when you arrive. This room has French doors that lead out onto the shared garden and a terrace at the back with seating and steamer chairs which is for your exclusive use. You are also welcome to use the sofas on the main terrace. Please be aware that we have three very friendly dogs. We can keep these away from you if you don't like dogs! Other things to note Please note that we have three dogs. All are very friendly and affectionate but we appreciate that not everyone is a dog-lover. We have enough space to keep them away from you if that is a concern.
