Nice accommodation with garden

Recently furnished independent accommodation on the ground floor of our house located in Chalonnes sur Loire, a pretty and dynamic town on the banks of the Loire. You will have access to part of our garden and a terrace area with a garden table and armchairs. The place is quiet, we usually rent it out when we are away, but in any case the ceilings are well insulated! :-) We wanted to create a pleasant and comfortable place, we hope you'll enjoy your stay! The space The accommodation has just been fully renovated and furnished. It is composed of: A living room/kitchen of about 15 m²: - Living room area consisting of a 3-seater sofa bed, coffee table and connected TV (connection to platforms via your own subscription) - Kitchen area consisting of a 4-person table, chairs, a small fridge, an oven, a microwave, a sink, a stove, a coffee machine, a toaster, cooking utensils, dishes, groceries (coffee, tea, sugar, salt, oil, vinegar, etc.). The living room/kitchen overlooks the garden through a French window. A bedroom of about 10 m² consisting of a double bed 140 x 190 cm. A bedroom of about 15 m² consisting of a double bed 140 x 190 cm and a single bed. You will have access to a desk. A baby crib is available. Linens provided and beds made upon arrival. Towels not provided. A bathroom equipped with a shower and a vanity unit. A separate toilet. A garden area with a barbecue (basic brick) and a south-facing terrace area with a table, chairs and an umbrella. All rooms are equipped with electric roller shutters. The accommodation is well insulated and stays cool in summer. It is heated by a heat pump in winter. The house is located 10/15 min walk from the city center of Chalonnes sur Loire (10 min downhill, 15 min uphill!). We are 30 min from Angers, 1 hr from Nantes, 45 min from Puy du Fou. Chalonnes sur Loire is a very pleasant small town with many shops, several bars and restaurants. Nearby, you can relax by paddling on the Loire or the Louet, hiking in the vineyards, tasting local wines or visiting the many castles and gardens including the beautiful Terra Botanica park in Angers! Guest access Access to the accommodation is independent, a key box will allow you to access it independently. Access is through the French window of the kitchen. Check-in possible from 3 p.m., check-out no later than 11 a.m. You will not have access to our entire garden to preserve our privacy and yours (our girls can be a little curious :-))! Other things to note It's easy to park on the street in front of the house. You can also park bicycles in the garden, note: we live at the top of a big hill, if you come from the Loire path by bike, watch out for your thighs, they'll get hot!!
