Guest access The property is for the exclusive use of our guests, it is not shared with anyone. Other things to note For guests under 25 years of age, a double deposit will be charged from 28 May 2024. On the day of your arrival, the keys will be handed over and we will explain how to get to the flat as well as how it works, we will also tell you how to get around the city as well as recommendations of where to eat, leisure areas etc... Guests are advised that the property reserves the right to charge a security deposit at check-in. The flat is for the exclusive use of our guests, it is not shared with anyone else. The flat is equipped with a set of towels (2 per person) as well as gel and shampoo. Our flat complies with all the legal requirements demanded by the authorities. It has a secure tourist licence and a 24-hour contact telephone number for any kind of incident. You will be asked for personal information (name, passport and usual address) before your arrival in order to be accredited and prepare the relevant contracts. On arrival you will have to pay the Tourist Tax.
