The Devon Granary

Bring the whole family to our barn in peaceful mid Devon, with lots of space to play and in a beautiful village. The space This is our permanent home. There are 4 bedrooms; 3 with double beds and 1 with a children’s single bed and a single sofa bed. We can provide a travel cot and single blow up mattress if required. There is a large boot room leading to a large kitchen and then to a dining room that can sit 8. There is a downstairs toilet and second entrance hallway. Finally there is a large lounge with TV including Netflix and wood burner. There is a large roundhouse perfect for playing or family gathering. Outside is a large garden with patio furniture, gas BBQ and a football goal. We have a 1/2 acre field opposite the house with picnic table and large trampoline. The house is a 3min walk into the village with its shop and two pubs. Guest access The whole house is yours to enjoy. The loft will be locked and some cupboards non accessible. Other things to note This is our much loved family home so we ask that you respect and take care of it.
